Mandate
Executive responsibility for the research programme and for everything published under the institute's name. The board does not review its own instruments; that is the scientific board's task.

Five members from outside the institute, serving fixed terms.

Mandate
Counsel on the priorities of the research programme, on partnerships and on the institute's public communication. The counsel is not binding; the advisory board takes part neither in the executive nor in review decisions.

Invited by the founding board, with the invitation note published here. A membership is published with the person's name, the term and, where one exists, the declaration of conflicting interests.
